Surprisingly awesome workout but come prepared...
First, let me put this review in context. I'm about thirty-years old and I'm about forty pounds overweight from sitting at a computer far too much. But I do hit the gym for some good old fashioned strength training about three times a week, so my dead lift, bench press, overhead press, lat pulldown, and various other core strength movements are very solid and all near or above the 200 lb mark. In other words, I can handle lifting some heavy stuff but my cardio, BMI, and overall activity levels aren't great.
So... I bought this as a supplementary workout program to do in the evenings as a more cardio-focused offset to my more strength-focused lifting that I do at the gym every other morning. I figured that since this was a Biggest Loser workout, it was probably targeted at a more generalized crowd and would be of a somewhat medium difficulty level... maybe have a very light P-90X style to it since it's called X-Train.

Not the best I have seen
After doing this workout three days a week for two weeks my body seemed accustomed to it and it did not seem hard. SO I moved to something else and went back it was still not difficult. recommend just the bob harper workouts they seem much more challenging
Love this work out!
I own several of Bob Harper's and Jillian Michael's workouts including Cardio Max Weight Loss and Jillian's 30 day shred. I love love love this work out. It is challenging but fun. I actually ENJOY do this work out. I actually LOOK FORWARD TO EXERCISING because of this work out. I love that there are modifications within each of the work outs to make it easier or more challenging depending on your level. Prior to starting this workout I was doing the 30 day shred, and I don't think I will ever go back to it. Not just because I prefer Bob over Jillian, but because this work out is fun and challenging.
